Any back pain relief tips?
I went over to my best friends house yesterday and was playing with his little sister. We got in the pool and I was carrying her around and my back didn’t hurt quite yet. A few hours, a shopping trip, and being on my knees off an on for an hour later, my back is killing me. I’m supposed to be cleaning my room and getting ready for school ((in 4 days)) today, but I can’t do any thing with my back hurting. Any tips?
