I have the horrible pain from a pinched nerve in my back. It’s in my lower back and shoots down to my leg. I can’t find anything to help it either. Please help! Thanks.

A wearm bath should help. Keep moving and hopefully your nerve will become untrapped.
Sounds like it could be your sciatic nerve
there is a good website in the resource box completely dedicated to sciatica tips: http://www.treatsciatica.info
Great Site. I had sciatica for a while, then I bought a book called "Treat Sciatica Now" that completely got rid of it for good.
There’s also a great article by the guy, Dr. Tom something, explaining how he found his cure, and everyone flocked to him for the answer – he accidentally found a way to treat his sciatica, his friends and all remembered how bad he was, and all demanded he tell how he found.
It was like he was a superhero or something. Funny story.
Anyway, he shares his story on that website – i’ll put the link to the article in the resource box also.
An Excellent Site – You also get a free 150 page book on general back pain
An Excellent service online.
