What is the best way to relieve the pain of a bulging disk at L4-L5? How long does it take to heal from this?

I have had a bulging disk at the L4-L5 since mid November. Was improving a bit with physio but now I’m in even more pain. I have tried the inversion table, acupuncture, physio and even a chiro visit. Nothing is working. What’s the best way to heal this. Walking is now even painful. I’m getting pain in my right hip. I’m 2 young for this. Can anyone please help…also anti-inflammatories and ice aren’t much relief either.

Next step, a pain management doctor. If this doesn’t help, then be seen by a good spinal surgeon.
